Gestalt therapy is an embodied, present-focused approach that works with what's happening right now: your feelings, patterns, ways of showing up in life. From there, we try to build a better future for you. 

As a therapist, I meet you where you are, combining empathy and support with challenge and structure. My lived experience makes me especially close to LGBTQI+, expat, and neurodivergent perspectives. I work in English and Croatian.

How it works

Each online therapy session is conducted via video call and lasts around 55 minutes. We work experientially with what's alive in the moment:

  • Exploring your awareness - what you notice, feel, avoid, and how you show up

  • Experimenting with new ways of being - trying out different responses and perspectives in real time

  • Working with body sensations, emotions, and patterns as they emerge during our session

This is active, collaborative work. You're not just talking about your life; we're exploring it together, in real time, through experiential therapy techniques and experiments.
